President:
Brian W. Popken
Brian Popken joined Pinneast in 1997 and was selected by the Board
of Directors as President in 2003. He holds a Bachelors of Science
degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska,
and Advanced Studies in Public Administration from Shippensburg
State and Ball State Universities. He was a career Army officer
prior to joining Pinneast and headed the Army's redesign and digitization
effort for personnel support in the 21st Century. Since joining
Pinneast he has focused on developing management processes unique
to the e-Learning industry and on applying advanced technology concepts
to custom e-Learning solutions.

Harvey Singh
Harvey Singh is a pioneer in the field of eLearning, Human Performance Technology, and Knowledge Management and is the founder of Instancy, an enterprise web and mobile knowledge distribution and workflow company. Prior to that Harvey served as the Chief Learning Technology Officer at Centra Software after the company he co-founded, MindLever, merged with Centra Software. Harvey also served as an advisor to eLearning standards organizations like ADL and IMS and was nominated as eLearning Executive of the year in 2001. At MindLever, Harvey was the visionary and principal architect behind creating industry’s first system for rapid interactive content authoring, management, and personalization using a pioneering Learning Object and dynamic content delivery methodology. Harvey now brings his tremendous capabilities, reputation, and ability to delivery visionary products to Pinneast.
Roger Cuevas
Roger Cuevas was appointed to the Board in 2003.
He is a former Superintendent of Miami-Dade County Public Schools,
and was a driving force in their adoption of distance learning technology.
He is a former officer of the American Association of School Administrators
and former Chair of the National Science Foundation, Superintendents
Coalition. He is a veteran of 33 years in education and holds multiple
degrees in science and education.
George S. Riggs
George Riggs is an investment banker focused on strategic and specialized corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the middle market and manages the South Florida operations in Miami for The McLean Group based in McLean Virginia. He brings demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise and abilities in the areas of corporate finance and development, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and information technology to help Pinneast increase its business operations and presence in the online education industry. Mr Riggs has additionally consulted with the U.S. Department of State, The Department of Defense, Lockheed Martin, SAIC and numerous federal agencies, and contractors, as well as public and private domestic and international companies and institutional investors in his 20 years in progressively increasing roles of responsibility in start-up, management, corporate finance, business development, marketing and sales. His entrepreneurial experience includes corporate finance and development as the co-founder of Safe Air Solutions, Inc., a software development and value-added reseller of life safety and risk mitigation solutions for Homeland Security. In addition, he was co-founder and Managing Partner of 3D Engineering & Design, Inc (3D) which sold emerging software and hardware products as a regional distributor for Cyra Technologies, Inc.; and 3D partnered with Berkeley Engineering and Research (BEAR) and multiple A/E channel partners to develop proprietary and value-added risk mitigation and assessment software and services in the petroleum and process industries.
