To meet stringent FAA requirements for training technicians fueling the many different types of aircraft in their fleet Delta needed a Computer Based Training program that reduces technical procedures to simple instructions. It also needed to be easy to operate and provide remediation as well as secure testing. We created a highly interactive program with step-by-step instructions, equipment and refueling simulations, and record keeping exercises. Students are allowed to select the types of aircraft on which they perform service and qualification records are created to document those on which they are certified to operate.
