Nortel Networks' needed a complete training program to rapidly train employees in Quality Management principles. We developed the "Quality 101" suite of programs consisting of over 10 hours of media -rich, interactive modules and packaged it in a custom, on-line testing, tracking and content management system. The user-friendly reporting system provides Nortel's managers with instant updates on quality management training and includes a feature to upload data to their enterprise-level Learning Management System. It is hosted in our world-class e-learning facility outside the Nortel firewall but is seamlessly accessed via a "Quality 101" portal. Total time required for this end-to-end solution was only 6 weeks.
