This program provides content developers with a10-user license for the software that includes the LCMS development tool Outliner. It enables them to build industry standard courses that are interoperable with the Docent Enterprise system. The SDK License allows content developers to develop, test and troubleshoot content for complete compatibility with the entire Docent platform.

The SDK is specifically geared toward content developers that need to build new content or repurpose existing content in Outliner for publishing through the Docent CDS. Custom content developed using Docent Outliner allows for deeper functionality and utilization with the broader Docent Enterprise platform.

Program Specifics:

1. $7,000 – Annual license fee and maintenance, per kit.

2. Docent Enterprise Software includes Docent LMS, Outliner and CDS.

3. Maintenance within the 1-year agreement includes product version upgrades.

4. License is not for resale and is intended for internal use only. License is for development, testing and troubleshooting purposes only.

5. Training is not included in the program fee.

6. Additional user licenses for demo, maintenance and tech support are offered for an additional cost.

7. Software can be shipped immediately upon completion and receipt of a signed license agreement and payment of the license fee.
